Is That a Seaplane!?

HRCC Vice President Charlie Criss (photo left) helps Frank Duplessie make some emergency repairs to the “Sea Dancer” seaplane that Criss built for him from scratch.

Criss serves as resident Flight Trainer for club members during the summer months, and enjoys working with them year-round to help keep their planes in the air.

Criss has built hundreds of RC model planes over the years and is well-known as a builder, flyer and all-around resident expert in the sport of Aeromodeling.

For a very reasonable price, Criss can custom build, test and trim a new plane for you. Of course, as a certified HRCC Flight Instructor, he can also teach you to fly.
