Brisk Weather Sends Meeting Indoors
by Richard Jorgensen

The HRCC January meeting was conducted indoors due to bone chilling winds.

Lawn mowers were kicked out and chairs took their places as shivering members conducted 'affairs of state' in the large storage shed.

It was business as usual in spite of the brisk day.

The wind was blowing from the north at 14mph with powerful gusts that took the wind chill factor into the 30's.

Everyone had the tenacity to stay for a quick cookout.  The sunshade wall provided a welcome wind break.
