Sebring Cub Scout Pack 846
members had a chance to see Remote Control Planes close up. Many
planes were displayed including giant scale, acrobatic, gliders,
helicopters, and electrics. The meeting/expo was held Tuesday night,
February 9 at the First United Methodist Church in Sebring. There
was even a flight simulator set up which was a big hit.
Highlands Radio Control Club (HRCC)
members presented the demonstrations. The Cub Scouts will see some
real flying at the HRCC field on March 20, 2010 at their 'Day at the
Flying Field'. |
